Shaunavon offers many health care services and facilities.  The Shaunavon  Hospital and Care Centre offers many health services including long term residential care and  Home Care. We are a part of the Cypress Health Region.

Our health care professionals include 2 doctors, a dentist, an optometrist, a chiropractor, a massage therapist, a physiotherapist, and a pharmacy.

Emergency services are dispatched by 9-1-1, and we have 5 fire trucks operated by  very capable volunteer firemen, 2 ambulances and an EMT team.

Our Airport has 3000 feet of paved lighted airstrip which provides assured air ambulance access and can comfortably handle aircraft up to mid size corporate twin engine models.
