On May 27th , 28th and 29th from 8am-5pm, the Town of Shaunavon will have bins for a free garbage disposal in the empty lot EAST of The Bear's Den (554 5th St W).
There will be labelled bins designated for the following different materials:
- Metal
- Mattresses
- White metal appliances/goods (i.e. stove, washer, dryer, etc.) Appliances such as fridges and air conditioners will only be accepted IF THEY HAVE NO FREON/THE FREON HAS BEEN REMOVED. Freon removal may be done at Jack's Repair.
- Household Garbage
WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
- Electronics or paint (please take to Sarcan)
- Products containing Freon (Fridges, Air Conditioners - please take to Jack's Repair).
You will be directed by Town Staff where to dispose of materials.
