Winter came in full swing this year! With this large snowfall, we are reminding property owners about important snow removal information:
For the safety of our residents, we remind all property owners to please remove snow from your property's sidewalk as soon as you are able to prevent injury or inconvenience to pedestrians.
RESIDENTIAL - Any snow removed must be deposited onto the homeowner's private property (NOT onto the street).
COMMERCIAL - Commercial locations that do not have a practical location to dispose of snow may deposit snow in the roadway adjacent to such sidewalk but must do so in such a manner that it does not create a hazard or interfere with the use of the roadway.
