Age Friendly Shaunavon is offering their FREE Garbage pick up for Seniors on May 25th for the Free Garbage Transfer Weekend! Shaunavon District Fire & Rescue Fire Fighters will come and get your items and haul them away at no cost! Registration opens Friday May 19th at noon for the After School Program!! This program will run throughout the month of June, starting June 6th, and will take place at 3:30- 4:30 Tuesday and Wednesday. This program is free of charge for students from kindergarten to Grade 7. Parents must PRE-REGISTER their child in their preferred sessions because spots are limited, therefore registration will take place on a first come first-served basis! Registration closes May 29th at noon. To register, fill out the registration form found HERE , the Wellness and Leisure Facebook page or pick up a form at the Wellness & Leisure Office.
Please email the completed form to shaunavon.summer2016@gmail.com. You will receive an email reply regarding the status of your child’s registration. Upon successful registration, a photo consent form and walking home permission form will be sent to you, which must be completed and handed in prior to, or on the first day of attendance.
*We suggest children wear or bring appropriate clothing and items (running shoes, hats, water, bug spray, sunscreen, swimwear)
Our goal is to provide a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment for children after school, therefore we ask that your child follow the rules and is respectable during their participation in this program.
