NOTICE - SNOW REMOVAL FEBRUARY 2024

Public Works has created a highlighted map of areas for when snow removal will be underway from February 16th to 23rd. Please refer to the maps below of the highlighted areas: ORANGE - Friday Feb. 16th: 1st and 3rd Street East PURPLE - Tuesday Feb. 20th: 7th Avenue West, 9th Street West, Poplar Crescent YELLOW - Wednesday Feb. 21st: 4th, 5th & 6th Avenue West BLUE - Thursday Feb 22nd: 5th & 6th Avenue East GREEN - Friday Feb 23rd: 2nd, 3rd and 4th Street West

We are requesting that vehicles in the highlighted areas be moved from 7:00am to 5:00pm the day of the scheduled removal.

Thank you for yielding to snow removal equipment as they operate throughout the coming days. We appreciate your patience and co-operation during this time!

The Town of Shaunavon, alongside the RMs of Arlington, Grassy Creek, and Bone Creek, is pleased to announce that the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has approved the implementation of Point of Care Testing (POCT) equipment at the Shaunavon Hospital. Our Councils have been actively working with SHA to address service disruptions in Shaunavon’s Emergency Department caused by temporary lab staff shortages.

The Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre is seeking two full-time summer students for the positions of Program Assistant and Museum Assistant for the period of May 5 to August 22, 2025 (Can be adjusted to accommodate student availability) Program Assistant duties include: planning, promotion and delivery of summer programs for youth and adults and community events; assisting with planning and delivering school programs; responsibility for summer tourism initiatives.
