Shaunavon’s first year taking part in the Wellness Challenge was a huge success!! Congratulations to SHAUNAVON FIRE & FAMILY who were the winning team with the highest average points of 242.6! Their team will win the team prize of a value of $250 to put towards any physical activity or health program.
And for our healthy rivalry with the City of Swift Current, the winner is . . . SHAUNAVON!! The Town of Shaunavon ended with an average of 211 points and the City of Swift Current with an average of 179 points! Well done everyone! Our teams all did a fantastic job at their very first Wellness Challenge! It was fun to have this healthy rivalry between our communities. Thanks again to Swift Current for including our community in your 12th Annual Wellness Challenge!
For being Shaunavon’s first year taking part in this Wellness Challenge, the participation and positive support from the community was incredible! Shaunavon had a total of 10 teams registered, for a total of 105 participants. So, THANK YOU to everyone who joined us in this challenge.
