Town of Shaunavon is taking part for our 2nd year in the Healthy Rivalry: the Swift Current Vs Shaunavon Challenge! This program, spearheaded by the City of Swift Current, is taking place from January 20th to February 16th, it’s all about embracing new habits and earning wellness points in areas like nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydration, and mental health.

Start forming your squad of 5+ and get ready to take on Swift Current!

The Town of Shaunavon, alongside the RMs of Arlington, Grassy Creek, and Bone Creek, is pleased to announce that the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has approved the implementation of Point of Care Testing (POCT) equipment at the Shaunavon Hospital. Our Councils have been actively working with SHA to address service disruptions in Shaunavon’s Emergency Department caused by temporary lab staff shortages.

The Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre is seeking two full-time summer students for the positions of Program Assistant and Museum Assistant for the period of May 5 to August 22, 2025 (Can be adjusted to accommodate student availability) Program Assistant duties include: planning, promotion and delivery of summer programs for youth and adults and community events; assisting with planning and delivering school programs; responsibility for summer tourism initiatives.
