UPDATE FRIDAY OCTOBER 3: PRECAUTIONARY DRINKING WATER ADVISORIES LIFTED
The Water Security Agency (WSA) is satisfied with two sets of negative bacteriological sampling and adequate disinfection residuals and turbidity values from samples that have been collected from the water distribution system following scheduled maintenance/ valve replacement which caused the localized depressurization. Therefore, effective immediately the WSA is rescinding the “Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory” for the residents and users of the Town of Shaunavon water supply for the following locations:
- 100, 200, & 300 Blocks of 5th Street East including the Covered Wagon Trailer Court;
- 200 and 300 Blocks of 4th Street East;
- 300, 400, 500 & 600 Blocks of 3rd Ave. East;
- 500 Block of 1st Ave. East including the 4 Seasons Trailer Court
&
- 100 Block of Centre Street.
