We are reminding residents that Property Taxes and Utility Payments are DUE on December 31st, 2025.
UTILITY NOTICES:
We have mailed out utility reminder notices on November 25th to property owners in our system who had an amount owing on their utility account. PLEASE NOTE: This notice is NOT a bill , it is just a friendly reminder to anyone with an amount owing on their account to pay any outstanding amount by no later than December 31st to avoid penalties.
**IF YOU ARE ON PREAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS BUT YOU RECEIVED A UTILITY REMINDER NOTICE IN THE MAIL, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS NOTICE.
NOTE: If you are mailing a cheque, paying by e-transfer or paying through your financial institution please allow 4-7 business days for processing payment. If payments are sent on December 31st, but not received in our office until January, they will be considered LATE
