Annual sewer main jetting will be taking place in Shaunavon on Tuesday April 7th through to Thursday April 9th.
What is sewer jetting? It’s part of our annual maintenance, using high-pressure water to keep our sewer main lines clear and running smoothly for the whole community.
This does not effect residents' water usage, but may cause a slight odour from drains. If this occurs, residents may run water down any floor drains or through their P-traps to get rid of the smell.
Please yield to the crews on site when you see them working to keep everyone safe. Exact areas where jetting is taking place is marked in YELLOW in the map attached and are as follows:
1st St W from 4th to 5th ave
Behind the SHS
6th Ave from Centre St to 3rd St E
5th Ave from 2nd St E to 5th St E
2nd St E & 3rd St E alleys from 3rd Ave to 5th Ave
8th Ave from 1st St E to 2nd St E
2nd St E from 8th Ave to 10th Ave
1st Ave/2nd Ave alley from Centre St to 4th St E
