Tenders must be Received by 3:00 PM on Friday, October 2, 2026 by the Auditor for the Municipality:
Clearly indicate which property is being bid upon
Include a Certified Cheque payable to the Town of Shaunavon for 5% of the tendered amount
Submit Tender in a Sealed envelope marked "Shaunavon Property Tender, Attention: Logan Tisdale"
Tender to be mailed or delivered to: MNP Swift Current, 50 First Avenue NE, Swift Current, SK, S9H 4W4 OR delivered to MNP's Shaunavon office located at 424 Centre Street in Shaunavon, SK
Properties will be sold "As Is".Highest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
Successful bidders will have thirty days to provide the balance of cash to complete the purchase.
