The Town of Shaunavon is releasing it’s NEW 2023 Community Profile. A Community Profile is a complete overview of the community that provides a snapshot of all elements that would be important to someone considering relocating to the area. The Community Profile will be used to attract new investment to the community and as a way to market Shaunavon’s strong economic advantages.

The mosquito “fogging” program that was implemented in 2020, 2021 & 2022 for the control of adult mosquitos, will continue again this year (2023). • “Fogging” will occur between the hours from “Dusk to Dawn” on either Tuesday or Wednesday evenings, dependent on weather conditions. • “Fogging” will commence Tuesday May 30th between 4:30 am and 7:00 am (weather permitting) • DeltaGard 20EW will be utilized.

The Town of Shaunavon is proud to announce that we have finalized our 5-year Strategic Plan for the years 2023-2028! Over the next five years, our plan is to focus on socioeconomic growth, community inclusiveness, and effective governance through transparent communication to offer the highest quality of life to our residents and support the needs of Southwest Saskatchewan.
