The project to remove the dilapidated building on the corner of 3rd Avenue W and 1st Street W (Lots 18-22, Block 15) will be taking place the week of November 1st. Safety fencing will be installed Tuesday, Nov. 2nd and demolition shall begin Wednesday, Nov. 3rd.
