FREE Senior Wellness Day

Age Friendly Shaunavon is proud to be hosting a Senior Wellness Day for all residents of Southwest Saskatchewan. Topics will include Medication Awareness, Advanced Health Care Directives, Art, Fitness and Wellness, Grief and Change, as well as so much more! Event starts at 9 am with registration. Coffee and lunch provided FREE of charge thanks to our generous sponsors. First 50 registrants will get a wellness pack.
