Description
Shaunavon is taking part in the City of Swift Current’s 12th Annual Wellness Challenge!! January 22 - February 18, 2024 Round up a team from your workplace, family, or friends (minimum of 5 members). Each member of the team will keep track of daily wellness points in the areas of nutrition, physical activity, water, sleep and mental wellness!
