Bookkeeper/Office Admin
A & B Auto Centre is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Office Admin. We are a busy shop located in Shaunavon, SK, offering Autobody and towing to the Southwest corner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting and directing customers
Answering and relaying phone calls/messages; dispatching tow truck
Scheduling appointments
Scanning, emailing documents
Invoicing, bodyshop management software
Maintaining customer accounts
Reconciling bank and credit accounts
Data entry and filing
Accounts Payable
Payroll
Filing Quarterly and Monthly Government remittances
Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
Preparing documents for year end
Requirements:

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Strong communication (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work effectively and efficiently with little to no supervision
