The Shaunavon Citizens on Patrol Program officially launched in the summer of 2024 and is actively seeking dedicated volunteers to join our community safety initiative!
Located in the heart of southwest Saskatchewan, Shaunavon is a vibrant and growing town known for its strong sense of community and welcoming spirit. Our C.O.P.P. program is a collaborative effort between the Town of Shaunavon Regional Bylaw Officer, the Regional Resilience Specialist (Emergency Measures Organization - EMO), and the Shaunavon RCMP. Together, we work to enhance community safety, deter crime, and promote public awareness through visible patrols and reporting.
Volunteers are the backbone of this program. With flexible patrol scheduling and ongoing support from local authorities, C.O.P.P. members play an important role in keeping Shaunavon safe and resilient. Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to town, this is a meaningful way to give back and help protect the place we call home.
