The Shaunavon Hospital & Care Centre is a vital part of our community, offering round-the-clock medical care and a wide range of health services for residents of Shaunavon and the surrounding area. Operating as a Collaborative Emergency Centre since 2013, the facility blends 24/7 emergency care with strong primary health services, long-term care, and community programs.

Hours:

  • Hospital: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

  • Clinic: 8:00am – 8:00pm, 7 days a week (appointments required)

  • Lab Services: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Capacity:

  • 10 acute/multidisciplinary beds

  • 1 respite bed

  • 2 program beds

  • 41 long-term care beds

The hospital is supported by a dedicated medical team, including local physicians and Nurse Practitioner services , who play an important role in providing accessible primary care within the community.
