South West Mural Fest returns for its second year in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, transforming the town’s walls into massive public art pieces from July 16 to 20, 2025. Following a hugely successful inaugural event in 2024, this year’s festival promises even more murals, more artists, and even more energy - all in the heart of the Prairies.
Seven muralists from across Canada and the U.S. will descend on Shaunavon to live-paint murals across downtown, creating a colorful, walkable outdoor gallery. Visitors are invited to explore the process firsthand, interact with artists as they work, and see small-town Saskatchewan transformed through creativity.
