ME TIME
The Grand Coteau Heritage and Cultural Centre, Shaunavon Library and Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure are partnering again this year to offer more Me TIme Programs!
I spy with my little eye… A ME TIME EVENT!!
That’s right - Me Time activities are starting back up this fall!
- The first activity being offered by Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure is “TransCanada Trail iSpy”! Complete the iSpy game anytime beginning September 19th at noon and by September 21st at 7pm!
- All you need to join in the fun is a comfy pair of shoes’, a pen/pencil and the Game Sheet! Game sheets will be available at the start of next week, September 19, at the Grand Coteau or Town Office or you can download & print a sheet HERE (available Sept 19)
- The first iSpy clue will be on your game sheet and will give you the starting point. Fill in the iSpy items as you go and drop off your game sheet at the final location drop box - all names will be entered in a draw to win a fun PRIZE!
- Feel free to do this in a group or as an individual, and bring the dogs along if you wish!
- Me Time programs are low to zero cost activities and programs put on by the Grand Coteau Heritage and Cultural Centre , Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure and Shaunavon Library . This initiative began in the fall of 2022 as a way to enhance connection & wellbeing for adults ages 18+.
- The Me Time initiative’s slogan “Together – for the health of it!” focuses on bringing community members together to connect one another through activities to enhance our individual health and well-being.
